This is such an insanely cool piece and a perfect summer essential. ¼ lined, 3 roll 2, single vented, completely and utterly Ralph Lauren. Brand new with tags, runs a bit small, tagged a 44R. Sorry about the shadows running across it, damn sunshine Pit to pit – 22.5” Sleeves from shoulder seam – 26” Shoulder seams across – 21” Length from BOC – 30.5” $125 (international +$15) $110 (international +$15) Warning: Spoiler!
NWT Ralph Lauren Polo blackwatch tartan field jacket – a really cool piece, perfect for the transition seasons, most likely a cool spring night, or early fall. Great quilting detail on one shoulder, leather details on the interior cuffs and undercollar. Tagged an XL, runs pretty true to size. Pit to pit – 24” Sleeves from shoulder seam – 27” Shoulder seams across – 21” Length from BOC – 30.5” $125 (international +$15) $110 (international +$15) Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
NWT Ralph Lauren strawberry summer sweater – This is the perfect easy peasy throw on around a bonfire on the beach in East Hampton sweater. Defines summer swag, a great color and a beautiful mix of fabrics too. 71% linen, 29% pima cotton. Tagged a L and fits true, if not a teensy bit big. Pit to pit – 26” Sleeves from shoulder seam – 29” Shoulder seams across – 23” Length (total) – 27” $45 (international +$15) $35 (international +$15)
NWT Brioni amber gloss with purple dots 16” SOLD Versace black/brown tonal intertwined V-tip 61” x 3.75” SOLD NWT Corneliani 7 Fold solid blue tone on tone small herringbone 58” x 3.5” SOLD NWT Ralph Lauren yellow flowers 58” x 3.5” SOLD NWT Ralph Lauren dark blue twill paisley 59” x 3.5” SOLD NWT Benjamin Bixby 100% Cashmere yellow/green striped #3 Rugby tie 58” x 2.75” SOLD NWT Ralph Lauren distressed silk wide repp green 58” x 3” SOLD NWT Corneliani 100% wool Donegal grey/peach repp 63” x 3.75” SOLD NWT Corneliani Solid black small dot 7 fold 59” x 3.5” SOLD Vintage black wool challis with neat floral 59” x 3.25” SOLD NWT Ralph Lauren neon green madder with orange dots 58” x 3.5” SOLD NWT Corneliani blue plaid 100% wool 60” x 3.5” SOLD Valentino blue with brown stripe shirt – Another one of my favorites that is time to move on due to weight droppage. I absolutely love the colors and stripes in this, and I am having a hard time finding a suitable replacement for it. This was great with all mixes of browns and blues, a really great and versatile palette. Tagged a 15.5/39 and best for that size, with a 34” sleeve or so. SOLD Pit to pit – 23” Shoulder seams across – 19.5” Sleeves from shoulder seam - 25.5” Tom Ford blue spread collar French cuff shirt – This shirt is really killer, I wish that it fit as I have been looking for something like this forever, but it is way too small for me. Boooo.. Just traded something for it with another SF’er, so unfortunately (for me, not for you), it goes back to the community. The member I got it from only wore it once or twice and it is in like new condition. Obligatory red and cut label, French cuffs, amazing collar, and of course the fit as you would expect from my broski Mr. Ford. Darted backs that might be able to be let out to make it a little bigger, but you may see a mark when you do… I have not tried. Tagged a 15.5/39 but if you have seen my pics, it is way small on me in the chest/waist/gut. SOLD Pit to pit – 20” Shoulder seams across – 17.5” Sleeves from shoulder seam – 26.5” Across waist – 18” Borrelli blue stripe shirt – This was (is) one of my favorite go to shirts in my rotation, but recent weight loss forces it to go to a new home. Fantastic spread collar and barrel cuffs, really, really soft cotton. This is a great shirt from the “old” Borrelli regime with all kinds of handwork everywhere. Tagged a 15.5/39. Best for a 15.5 with a 34” sleeve. SOLD Pit to pit – 23” Shoulder seams across – 21” Sleeves from shoulder seam - 25.25” Incotex apple green Chinolino pants – I really wish that I didn’t drop this weight as these pants are really killer and would have loved to have kept these, but they are much too full for me now. They are tagged a 36 and I had them slimmed down to be a little smaller in the waist. Great pop of color in a great summer fabric that is light and breezy. Full leg, no pant-splitting slim fit action here. Tagged a 36, but maybe best for a 34 waist. SOLD Across waist – 17” Across hips – 22.5” Inseam – 32” At cuff – 9.25” Rise – 11” NWT RLBL Black label tie in navy blue with circles 60” x 3” SOLD Saks house label 100% cashmere (made in USA) black/brown houndstooth 62” x 3” SOLD Saks house label 100% cashmere (made in USA) blue/off white plaid 60” x 3” SOLD Saks house label B/W POW with purple overcheck 63” x 3.5” SOLD Prada burgundy pindot 63” x 3” $SOLD NWT Ralph Lauren orange/purple repp 58” x 3.5” SOLD Charvet blue/green mosaics 60” x 3.5” SOLD Charvet blue floral on black 60” x 3.5” SOLD Corneliani beige slubby silk with blue repp 62” x 4” (does not really feel that wide) SOLD NWT Robert Talbott yellow cotton squares 14” SOLD NWT Robert Talbott black white shantung plaid 18” SOLD NWT Robert Talbott 62% cashmere 38% silk grey dots 12” SOLD NWT Robert Talbott 62% cashmere 38% silk maroon dots 12” SOLD ***FOR TRADE ONLY*** John Lobb black calf Chapel Prestige double monks in size UK8E on the 8000 last – These shoes are phenomenal and should be a grail shoe in anyones closet. I don’t need to butter them up, you know what they are. $1650 retail, they DO come with the original trees, and have been topy’d to prevent slippage. These were a recent eBay kop, they do fit, but they are a bit snug. At this time, I would only want to trade them with the SF community, otherwise they will go back on eBay at $9.99 and no reserve. They would most likely be best for a US 9D or a smaller US 9.5D. Outsole length – 11.5” Outsole width – 4.25” Insole length – 11” Heel height – 1 1/8” WHAT I WOULD TRADE FOR: - Ideally, I would love to trade these for the same shoe in museum brown in a UK 8.5, but other options I would consider are : 1. Comparable shoes in UK 8.5E or US 9.5D : Gaziano& Girling, John Lobb, Edward Green, Corthay, etc. Maybe C&J but it would have to be either more than one pair or benchmade, handgrade, or the limited edition purple collection for Sweden. Some examples of things I would swap for are the Arca, City II, perhaps the William, and most likely anything G&G. No American made shoes, lets stick to French and English makers. I wear a sleeker cut, nothing blobby please. 2. Suits in a 40R or L, maybe a 38R or L depending on cut. For these I would be looking for RLPL, Tom Ford, Kiton, Oxxford (Mason cut is best for me), Zegna (must be recent, post 2008 say). If its something spectacular, I would pay a nominal difference if the suit would average out more than the shoes based on market value. Nothing with pleated pants, nothing "vintage". 3. SC’s in interesting cloths – Up front, Ill say that if I am trading these for RTW, I am not interested really in SC’s, would much prefer suits – but if it is really spectacular and interesting, I would take a look. Has to be an FU cloth in a modern cut, something really great. 4. Watches/Jewelry – The only thing to consider for me in this category are vintage watches, preferably vintage Rolex or really vintage (i.e. 1950’s ish) chronographs – think Universal Geneve, etc. Would pay a marginal premium if you have something interesting, or in 18K. No cufflinks/tie tacks/tie bars, etc. 5. Shirts, ties, pocket squares, pants , sweaters, everything else– Not interested in any of the above for these. Don’t be shy, PM me your suggestions!
