If I'm buying one pair of swim shorts, which color should I get?

Summer is here and I'm in the market a pair of Orlebar Brown bulldog swim shorts. I know the price is insane yet, I like the look and can afford to buy a pair. But that's the problem, I can only afford one pair, so I'm trying to decide which color to get. Pink is out and so is brown, since my skin is brown.

Also these are supposedly shorts you can swim in, so I assume I should think about a color that I could wear with regular clothes (when I'm not swimming)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i'm partial to the flashier colors... light blue, green, red, or yellow. i think all of those would look good with a darker colored skin, too.

bright colors are good for solid trunks.

if you are averse to brights, get a navy

You really need help picking out the color of your swim trunks? It's a solid color and the only garment you'll be wearing. Take off the training wheels. I have faith in you.

I would recommend nude (or flesh) colour shorts.
