Thread Starter 
Ok I took advice from you all with a grain of salt.

Did this morning:

- 2 miles cross country run (70 % speed)
- 100 crunches
- 100 lunges

2 hours before heading to work. Been cutting down on carbs and calorie intake over the past 3 days, eating lots of fruits and veg, drinking plain of water. Not at my peak yet but I've felt the fittest in the past month.

I hurt my foot then got a chest cold so haven't worked out with any seriousness for about three weeks. I've lost about five pounds.

I try to do abot thirty minutes of light exercise (e.g. brisk walk) and just reduced my calories. I feel great!
