Working as a private chef

I was in NYC this past weekend, and I met a woman, recently widowed, in her 60's, who lives on the 30th floor of The Carlyle on Madison Avenue. We had a pleasant conversation, and after explaining who I am, and what I do, she offered me to come be her private chef. She splits her time between New York and Denver, and would like me to stay with her in her spare bedroom to act as her personal cook. We didn't discuss how much I would be paid, or any of the logistics of it, but I have her information, and she told me to give her a call if I was interested.

It seems like a pretty good opportunity, for the time being, at least, since I don't wish to make cooking my career. And I think work as a private chef would be less hectic and demanding than work in an actual kitchen. I'd also be able to remain creative and in control, which is good.

So, I have been thinking about it the past few days, and would like to get some opinions from others.

I also should mention that this is the view from her apartment.

In a "friend's mom" sort of way, she is a nice looking woman.

How can I ascertain this in a graceful way? I keep some photos of the food I make on my phone, always thinking it may come in handy one day. We also had very good chemistry, and both share similar backgrounds, so working for her would be very pleasant, in my estimation. If she wants me to cook for her to test my food, I'd be more than happy to oblige.
