Suck it Pats, and suck it Boston sports fans. I hope this is the beginning of a long winless drought for those annoying windbags.

That said, pretty great game. Could have gone either way.

What is with all these WRs dropping things? Welker with that huge drop open for 30 yards. Manningham with the catch of the night for sure though.

The problem with the Pats receivers is that they aren;t very good at creating anything. They rely on Brady to be....well, Brady and anything requiring a next level effort usually doesn't happen. Welker woulnd't even be starting on most teams. Brady is that good -- he turns average into amazing. But sometimes guys need to make great catches and a little due like Welker or some scrub like Woodhead can't do that.

Welker was cut by many teams, but the Brady factor makes him great. Branch, Hernandez, and Gronk are solid though. That said, the ball was in his hands and hit his helmet with no defenders touching him. You have to catch that every time.

and well the bruins did win last year...

fuck... that was a gritty well deserved win by the Giants...
