I heard this story was that he walked up to someone in a restaurant and took one of the fries off their plate and then said the same 'and nobody is going to believe you'.

About a year ago, a friend text'ed me and wrote "Bill Murray's at McGuire's playing sax". He comes to Fort Lauderdale, finds this somewhat shitty Irish Pub in a so-so area in downtown which is usually frequented by old Irish regulars and sea-faring drunks, and some younger people from downtown, but not many. And he plays sax with the band. He's awesome even if he is a little passe at the moment.
