at indian weddings, young women very often wear very beutiful saris, that leave a great deal of skin exposed, and then cover much of the skin with elaborate henna tatoos. this can be all over their belly, back, shoulders and arms. sometimes ankles.

This is Salmon Rushdie's wife. Doesn't she have a huge scar on one of her arms from a recent car accident? I saw a picture of that once and found it strangely alluring. Are Pakistanis much different from Indians in terms of appearance?

both fall into a range of ethnicities. Pakistanis and Northern Indians look quite a bit alike. also, there was a huge transfer of population during independance, and Pakstan split off Bangladesh - so it would be hard to declare that one person is indian and anoterh pakstiani by looks alone.

I've got a gorgeous indian friend in toronto but I find a lot of indian women are just too hairy. I don't like it when it's all over their face, arms, and lower backs. A lot of them seem to have lumpy bodies as well. For instance they'll be quite skinny but have big pockets of fat in places. They also tend to blow-up as they age but maybe that's just a diet thing. I went to an indian wedding this past summer and so many of the older women were fat. And I don't mean a bit chubby here, but fat.

Having said all that, once in a while it all comes together perfectly. There are definitely some gorgeous indian women. I generally prefer those with lighter skin as opposed to the super-dark ones (who also seem to have more hair).

I absolutely love carmel skin and straight black hair, and all these pics are great. But maybe it's just me, or is it nearly impossible to actually see an attractive Indian woman in real life? I mean, there were a lot of Indian women at my university, and many at the company I currently work for, but it seems like almost all of them are overweight with frizzy hair and poor complexions and not especially pretty. As opposed to East Asians (CJK) where there's a decent number of good-looking ones almost anywhere. Do Indians just not let the hot women out of the country or something??

It's very hard to find them. You'll find the occassional gem but she'll be crazy as shit once she opens her mouth. I've noticed that bad skin is common too, like you pointed out. That's why I think a mix is better. I'm not particularly fond of black women or vietnamese women, but I dated one who was 1/2 of both. One of the hottest women I've ever dated in my life, she looked like a rap video girl. People would ask for her picture all the time. *I don't think any ethnicities age that well....especially latin, asians, and indians. Their older women are beyond hideous. It's like they transform into trolls, it's really, really bad. Their skin gets messed up, they get shorter, they get fat as hell, and all sorts of other "The Fly"-like deformities.

A lot of it has to do with a cast system in India, methinks. Most people that we meet in US are not Brahmins. Once in a while I see really light-skinned Indian woman around town and she often would have a goddess face. Just like one of those women from 1930s b/w movies.

I see a fair number of attractive to downright beautiful Indian women in SoCal. One of the most winsome was a Sikh girl who sold me a pair of high-end Rockports almost exactly 13 years ago. What a honey! I've never been able to shake her memory. The shoes have gotten pretty ratty, and I am about ready to discard them, but I am a little reluctant to do so because of her memory. Had I not been engaged to my present wife at the time and had I been about 20 years younger, I would definitely have made a play for her.

Given the fact there are over a billion Indians in India alone and millions more in the diaspora, I suppose it is unsurprising that they (or any other population group numbering a billion strong) can generate a goodly number of ultra-hotties. I find a lot of Iranian women very appealing too and quite similar to north Indians in appearance, although somewhat lighter in complexion on the average. I have no first-hand experience with women of any of these ethnicities, so cannot comment about hairiness, etc.

I wasn't sure whether this thread was about East Indian or American Indian women at first. Based on my observations, most American Indian women are an ill-favored lot, but when you get one who is hot, she is just smokin'--with an exotic allure that is hard to beat! There seems to be no middle ground. I did have some dalliances with a Sioux and later a Navajo in my days of sexual adventuring, but I don't think either was a full-blood.

Hey now, I wasnt making a generalization, its the truth. Women who grow up in humid areas tend to be a bit hairier. I was more talking about like dark arm hair (I have known some rather cute white girls who I was totally turned off by when I saw their arms with a fair amount of black hair) Call me shallow I dont care, I just prefer women with less hair in "Man hair spots" Ie face, chest, back, arms, legs (not a hard one)

One of the sales associates at the Fifth Ave. Dunhill store was pretty hot, and had a British accent to boot.

about the whole weight thing - I think that in some cultures, like in parts of latin america and india, the value of womens' looks, and how it will effect her economic standing for the rest of her life is huge. on the flip side, divorce is rare, as is general post marital happiness (yes, yes, I know this is a generalization). so it is in the best interst of girls who are a little hot to work hard on being as hot as possible, to secure their future. but once they have a kid, they have no motivation, and can let themselves go to pot.

Damn you all. I was sitting across a beautiful Indian girl (I assume) today inside a Starbucks at my university. I couldn't stop staring at the girl. She looks 90% like the picture below, except with thinner lips and hazel eyes. The high eyebrow arches killed me, I love them.
