First time in like '04 I believe, a few times since. Unfortunately I eat out so much that I am sometimes unclear on where exactly I've been, but I do remember those. There's another place in Bray that was really spectacular that I wish I could remember the name of. Most of my Blumental experience has been not at his restaurant though, and rather at private dinners. Going to Noma soon. PS were you the person that asked me about Fat Duck? I know someone did and I forgot to reply to them.

Nice. I had a truly incredible meal there last August and honestly I would pay a whole lot of money to try it again. Noma is on my list, though flying to Denmark is not. The other place is likely the Waterside in. I walked by it, let me dig through my pics. And no, it wasn't me that asked you about it. The Fat Duck was a given, I asked GDL and Vox about other London restaurants to visit (and my weird memory recalls what they said even though the PM's are long gone). Greg really pushed the River Cafe, and I'm damn glad he did.
