just got back from dallas and got some really cool mantellassis, some i'd never seen before that were done in collaboration w/ Korshak and mantellassi. they are awesome.

I like them, just the sort of thing I like to wear with jeans. I've been wanting to do some similar things with Vass - the combo of a cleated rubber sole, double stitching and a dressy upper makes for cool shoes to wear out on the town. But I think we are the exceptions to the rule here Lance Which is good - cause in the end there is a good chance that those 5 other pair will make it to sale. They might have been even cooler though without the wingtip detail - what do you think?

they had this pair and a cap toe pair also, one of chocolate brown and one was cordovan. i liked them both and like the wingtip detail and usually i do not like WT

the other pairs i told them to let me know about are: chocolate suede mantellassi ankle boot black leather mant. ankle boot honey brown laceup that has a very faint split toe (almost the effect of it is did have it, but it was sanded off. hard to describe) maybe some penny loafers, can't remember some others like that berluti someone posted earlier, a narrow toe (i have a size 12 narrow and i like how the more pointed toe looks) lace up
