I have a white canvas pair of Jack Purcell sneakers I bought about 12 years ago before the style changed. The newer version (e.g. on Zappos) has a bit of padding on the tongue and a bit of arch support. These are simply flat canvas sneakers.
They are marked size 8, but run large. They are more like a 9 in most brands. I wear 9.5D in Allen Edmonds, and the Purcells are a bit tight on me but not overly tight. If you wear an 8.5 or 9 in most brands these should fit you fine.
They are in good condition, worn less than 10 times.
