So, my fiancee is a pastry cook and really enjoys making ice creams and sorbets. I want to buy her an ice cream maker. Anybody have a good suggestion? I would like to keep it under $500 if at all possible.
Not gonna find many professional quality ice cream makers for that. You can find a pacojet for around 4 grand these days though. I know that doesn't help.
