It winter time in Oz and so its truffle season any one got any ideas on how to use them?

I put them with eggs for 48 hours to infuse them. And use them in a mushroom risotto and in pasta sauce. So just looking for a few more ideas.

There black truffles by the way.

Wonrg sub forum bub, better ask the mods to put it in Food&drink where it should be.

Fwiw, you can use them in tournedos rossini to get your winter fat build up
