Currently making myself a personal stationary template for MS Word (going to do one for small biz purposes as well probably to send out letters). First page is pretty standard.... name and maybe something like certifications, etc on the header. Address, phone, fax, website (maybe) and email on the footer. But for second page, what would I put on there. Should I put my initials (or the company logo) on the header? Should I just put a centered page number on the footer? what's the best layout option here. going for a professional and minimalistic vibe, but not cheap (yeah, I could go buy some custom stationary but I don't really want to right now). Mainly looking at the second page header and footer (not that I write a whole lot of letters OR letters with second pages, but some time I might and I just want something ready).
