I think one would need to see them in person to judge masculine/ feminine. Although he used a narrow heel (ala 1930's), he combines it with a roomy forefoot area (classic 40's- 50's). That narrow heel allows the waist to appear very narrow and elegant... the same effect achieved by 38 inch hips and 24 inch waist. Bestetti puts a lot of thought into the curves of his designs, obviously. Magnificent.

This is an upper, they are not lasted (as yet).

Uppers on their own are shapeless, just like the two Vass ones here dangling on the stairs.
