If you have multiple items, you should make multiple listings. We plan to allow Dutch auction style listings soon, but this will require that the items be identical except for sizes, and be sold for identical prices. There is one exception to the "one listing, one item rule", which is for multiple items under $25 USD shipped.

I wonder this same question. My selling threads most oftently have multiple items that are extremely similar (suits from the same maker in the same exact size). I often give discounts for bulk purchases, which will be hard to do as buyers may not be able to find all of the items a seller has posted.
You will see on the right hand column that items from the same seller are actually listed, not unlike an Ebay store, but without any additional clicks needed . Additionally, the rules allow you to post links to your other active listings within a single listing, though I don't think that this is necessary, given the feature above.
