I like the structure of a formal metal cardcase - mine is from cuffart.com

I was originally going to recommend the Corter Leather card case due the price ($37) but looking at Makr's offerings I would the Makr card cases are designed better as they allow you to pinch the car at the top where as the Corter has you pushing them all up from the bottom. A New leather goods e-shop which recently opened, Chester Mox offers a few card cases as well, starting at $35. Put This On did an article about them and had many good things to say about the infant brand + they allow you to choose if you would like your name or initials etched onto the product.

some of those chester mox are damn nice.

Other options include: mw traveler who use horween and pretty cheap ($35 IIRC); flat head has some nice ones, cowhide versions for only $100, and Angelos leather crafts on yahoo taiwan in cordo or natural cowhide - very nice and cheap.
