The fit is regular. And the listed size is 36R US, 46 for GB, IT, FR, DE. This is officially a SMALL/-SMALL MEDIUM. NOT A LARGE. If you usually wear size 38/ 48 for other brands which is a Medium. This should fit you well, Hugo Boss Black sizes are always bigger in my preference and experience.
