curious to hear people's favorite fabrics in-person from this season, especially the wool/nylon mix stuff: how's the hand/thickness/softness/weight/overall feeling of quality?
Surprisingly, my favorite wool on outerwear from Schneider I've handled is probably the navy melange wick coat from fw14? or 13? or something. I think it was 95 wool/5 cashmere but there might have been some nylon in it.
At the time I felt the material wasn't "heavy and solid" enough but it's funny how my definitions of quality have changed over time.
So soft (comfy! and luxurious) yet at the same time durable/held structure, a happy medium I haven't been able to find in anything else so far. The drape was perfect. Def underrated makeup of it imo, it's too bad that thing just wasn't cut for me through the shoulders/armholes. Lapels were cut super nice too.
