It's from his FW07 and based off a song from the 80s. Blocking people bc they don't agree with you is truly something awkward people who only hang out in kitchens by themselves at a party would do.

The name of one of his collections (AW07?) as well as a song

wow I never knew that was the name of one of his collections. I like it better as a vibe for the thread haha

and that song really sucks

Just wanted to share my new acquisition, these beautiful wool pants from Mr. Schneider. I've never seen such a comfortable wool, truly remarkable. Feels like I'm in my pyjamas yet it's very elegant.

Bought from Japan as a bargain.

Has anyone tried washing Schneider shirts in a wash bag on a gentle cycle
post #8137 of 8651
Like, uh, what kind of shirts? I generally wash all my shirts cold water gentle cycle in a wash bag unless they're a super delicate material. If they're just cotton shirts, they'll be fine.

ya those brushed cotton, i was worried about what it would do to the texture. I havent washed my schneider shirts in a long time. Although in my defense i havent worn them in a long time either haha

thanks man!

Anyone have the painters shirt? How does it fit? Usually IV fits me in the chest but is weird in the shoulders.

Is the Thinner in "navy reverse" from styleforum preorders a custom order only? Or is this color going to be available in stores?

I'm only seeing the regular navy at the moment.

if it's full cotton you can wash them in the machine, gentle cycle 30 degrees (C) without worrying about the texture or excessive shrinking (even though it says dry clean only on the care tag)

I just grabbed a Painters Shirt in size 5 - could post some fit picks when it gets here if you're interested

So I purchased the Layer Shirt/ Over-Shirt from SSENSE a few days back and they arrived this morning.

https://www.ssense.com/en-us/men/product/stephan-schneider/navy-knit-shirt/1632773

I purchased a size V/ M thinking it would fit as normal SS outwear would unfortunately the shoulders were way too far apart (dropped I suppose). It looked really weird. Besides the shoulder length being too wide, everything else was fantastic. It's a real shame

According to SSENSE, having an 18inch shoulder would require a size III (3). Now a size 3 in SS is normally an Extra small! 🤔

Model is wearing size 3

Looks like 3/4 both have same shoulder measurements - the 4 is bigger in the pits/arms though.
If a 5 was a good fit minus the shoulders I would go with a 4
