Stephan Schneider. You'll Always Find Me In The Kitchen At Parties. - Page 477

Just a few words of caution ⚠

Be advised!

I would strongly suggest against purchasing garments of any significant worth from Japan (or beyond the "European Eunion").

I am now having to pay a customs charge of over £150

When the parcel arrived here I was greeted with a great warm British welcome of 150 British sterling pounds thanks in part to the decrepit Tory Government and the Greed of Cooperate Taxation and bottom line Business

The things I've done to satiate my curiosity and vein desires!!

So I went to the Schneider sample sale in Antwerp yesterday (that was the last day). Is it me or the sizing is very random? I’m a 46 and I have a Chandler jacket in size III and picked up two other coats in size III, but I tried tons of tops (shirts & knit) and there was almost nothing that fitted decently. Shirt in III & even IV were too small, I couldn’t even put on a sweater size IV coz it was way too small. Only sweater I bought was a size V.

Got the last X8 from Notre the other day. Love this thing so far. Excuse the dirty mirror. It's a bit longer and lighter than I expected, turns out that's exactly what I wanted.

Just for kicks I took a pic of it worn inside out. If the seams weren't so obvious I'd totally wear it this way, haha.

For reference this is a size 6, my usual size for Schneider knits and outerwear.

No one except SF veterans will notice the seams.

Do it. It looks like a psychedelic Sage.

What are peoples' thought on score vs sage from past season? personally think the score looks a little better esp the smoke colourway

I'm looking for this coat from 2012 to fit a 46 (size 4? maybe??) in COTTON CANVAS, not wool. Either blue or khaki. Please let me know if anyone can help out

I have the coat you're looking for, although I think it fits more like a 48 and I'm not really keen on letting it go. Maybe you could go with a size 3 for a traditional 46 fit. Sipang also had a 4 for sale awhile back but pretty sure it's long gone to someone. I've never seen that blue one outside of the lookbook btw, and have doubts that it was produced.

They seem to be basically the same other than fabric and length. So I guess it probably depends on which version you have and how long you want it. Just different options on the same coat. They both look good in terms of length. That is to say, that style works well in both lengths so I don't think either is superior.

You mean the blue wool one? It's right here for a great price if anyone is interested:

Let me know if you do let it go... I wouldn't mind wearing it oversized. Appreciate the info! Didn't know it ran large.

I saw two different people wearing them on the train this week (one blue, one khaki), both looked great.

Nice. Why don't you want the blue one?

I wouldn't say it runs large. I'm a 48 and wear a 4 in all SS outerwear. Do you have any other SS pieces? I can compare the fit if you want.
