anyone have any experience placing an order with the actual Schneider boutique store?

Yeah, I ordered two alpaca jackets from them on separate occasions. I just emailed the boutique with what I wanted and the size, and Tatjana emailed me back telling me whether they had that item in, and with a price incl. shipping. I then paid them via paypal using the email address she provided. The items were shipped the next day with tracking. It was a really smooth process, however note that they won't subtract VAT (or at least didn't when I ordered early this year). I've read people complaining about the shipping costs but as I live in Australia, I'm used to that anyway, and they are certainly much better than the ridiculous shipping costs that Nomad charges.
