Not to derail the body type discussion... but has there ever been a compiled Schneider stockist list?
Can't be bothered to look for it myself but if you go back like 5 or 10 pages I think we covered most of them.

We talk so often about the importance of at least partially honoring the designer's vision in regards to fit/styling, but neglect to consider the ideal body type the designer had in mind for the clothing? Doesn't body type play into fit just as much as sizing or how a piece is worn with other pieces?

I mostly agree reedo, but on the other hand this shit does go up to size 7.

Sorry if I'm not doing any body talk, but I just wanted to say thanks to Platypus for the Schenider pre-order! I just met him today and got my Ijevan cardigan as well as well as the Aster scarf. I was a bit scared of the fit, since it was longer than I expected it to be, but after trying out at home, it really fit me great! It's a tad longer than the usual knits for sure, but if I unbutton it, it usually hits around 2-3" below my usual t-shirts. The knit itself is amazing in itself and I'm really happy with my purchase! Now, I just need to find some outerwear that would pair well with it! The scarf is surprisingly (or not, since it's Schneider) soft and is almost exactly what I was looking for! I think the only thing I would change would be the color to be gray instead. All in all, I'm really happy I went through with the pre-order! I'll try and post some fit pics tomorrow or Saturday!

Ha yea I harp a bit too much on body issues, but in this instance I think it's semi-valid/appropriate

Atleast the Missoni sweater came in today after all! Still harping over the SS knit...although I've sent the return request in to Au Revoir.

I'll let the misses have the final say as to the SS knit. If anybody is interested in it before I send it back (potentially) let me know, otherwise it's prob going back Saturday morning.

Edit : It's def going back, so hit me up if you're interested by Sat morning... I'll let it go for less than what I paid for since shipping it back overseas will prob be ~$30-40.

nice choice. honestly you should use the knit as outerwear though, the material's really warm and chunky redface.gif

Seems like people is still willing to pay the retail quite often. That's nice, isn't it? Somewhat rare, but nice. After watching those all http://www.stephanschneider.be lookbooks, I wonder why there's so few European online retailers stocking Schneider.
