Yes, there are. But after being recommended by websites to purchase a standard size, and getting a jacket one size too big, I'd prefer to ask people in the thread who've handled it.

What difference is there between a fit on a person and measurements from a person's website, and a person on an online forum who wears it and takes a picture?

The picture was mostly out of curiosity- I'd like to see how it looks without being professionally modeled.

The fit was because while websites list measurements, often an idea of "it fits really narrowly in the chest, but this looks good" is as useful as "chest: 19.5"

Geez, the guy is just asking for a personal feedback from someone who actually owns the cardigan. Isnt it the purpose of a forum to talk and exchange about personal experiences ?

Awesome buys from Suspension Point. The checked poncho is very tempting. I may go for it even though I'm broke.

Forgive me if this had been brought up before...but does anybody else feel that s/s '12 jackets run large? I'm a 6 for shirts, knits and blazers but for all the jackets I've tried on run pretty damn huge. And not in a good-drapey kind of way. Does anybody else size down?

Got the Sisian sweater in Navy/Burgundy in the mail today, not sure if I'll end up keeping it though. The fabric/texture is really really nice, as well as the weight of the sweater. It feels really heavy and like it will wear really well. It's slightly itchy, similar to a SNS stark. You can see in the third pic how long the sleeves are as the sweater is cut to be oversized.

For ref : Size IV pictured, I'm 5'7", 150lbs, 39" chest, 32" waist
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

If anyone is looking to get rid of the Sisian sweater in Navy/Burgundy in size III, let me know!

Why the hell would you not keep that?

I'm worried about if the cuff stretches out. Any of you grab the Sisian from Au Revoir? Just noticed they're sold out of it in IV and V over the past few hours.

I grabbed the V. Tried on both the V and VI in Berlin but couldn't decide which size at first. Both my friend and the SA thought I looked best in the V. Was a bit doubtful because it was a bit tight in the sleeves but the VI on the other hand had really long sleeves. I'm 6'4 so that doesn't happen often. So finally decided to size down on it. Felt that it was itchier than my stark though, so think I will have to wear it with long sleeve shirts underneath.

I am not a fan with how oversized the knits are . It works with the outerwear but the knits look often shapeless in fits.
I would really like to see someone brutally sizing down for a slim fit, if its even possible. That being said, it looks fine and if you like the fit you should definitly keep it.

no, schneider is not meant to be sized down brutally, and even if we give no fucks for the designer's intention, it looks retarded. most of you guys don't have the right bods for this stuff sorry bros. shog[1].gifhappy.gif but as long as your sa/gf/sister/dog/whoeverthefuck says it rooks okgrood and it makes you heppy. foo.gif
