Consignor for Three RLPL Suits?

Thread Starter
I have three RLPL double breasted suits, size 50L, that I would like to sell. Original retail was $4,400 per suit. I lost weight and have never worn them. They have been drycleaned and altered slightly. I just don't have time to sell these, with all the questions one has to field and such. Would anyone be interested in taking them off my hands and then paying me an agreed upon percentage when they sell? Thanks. Mark

Just a heads up, you're going to have trouble selling that size.

Big sizes sell VERY well on ebay - since there's much more demand there...

I can vouch for this guy's seriousness - bought a BBGF suit from him in, yes, a true big boy size.

He is busy, but also very stand-up. Highly recommend doing business with him. Wish I had the coin on hand right now to responsibly snag one of the suits myself - I wouldn't even need any pics or measurements, I would just take Lawman at his word. Seriously, that's the kind of stand-up guy he is.

Would love a look at these.

I cannot comprehend how big someone would have to be to wear them, they must knock down a gallon of whole milk at every meal, but if it's RLPL, they are no doubt fantastic quality! Free bump

They sell well here too depending on size Speaking of size, Lawman, do you have measurements?

I vouch for Lawman as well.

I did discuss the suits at one point with him a bunch of months ago and I remember him telling me that they were altered a bit and seemed a bit small for me. I am a 46L and the jacket waist was a bit too tapered.

Guys, thanks so much for the responses. Most of the replies, of which there are many, are directed to what my expectation would be in the way of price. Frankly, I have no idea. They were $4,400 new, and I paid $750 on ebay from the original buyer. They have been altered and drycleaned but never worn. Any thoughts on value and price would be much appreciated!
