The fabric of the first one is very nice, but the lapels look too slim and the buttoning too high. The second has a weird colour. That kind of green won't look good on many people, and just isn't very versatile.

I think they'll release the full collection in about 2 weeks (mid-February), hopefully there'll be something better by then.

Here's their original lookbook for the S/S15 collection, I see about 1 or 2 things that'd be nice:

It kinda seems like the collections are getting more and more clownesque.

Yeah, they've gone full Pitti. Never go full Pitti.

On that note, I still have a wonderful flannel SuSu suit for sale. Only $360 now, while I bought it for $599 only a year ago!

I remember exactly this time last year I was spoiled for choice, but this year they sure have dropped the ball.

Even the F/W 14 collection was a little Pitti, but to an acceptable degree.

Their off-white trousers do look like a pretty nice blend of linen-cotton though, might have to pull the trigger on those.

I think what they should do is to keep a collection of suitsupply classics, I.e. Whatever pieces that sell very well throughout the seasons should be kept in production for a longer period. Not only suits, but other things.
I agree about some of the items being a bit out there but I'd rather have suitsupply with a selection of fashion centered bold patterns, so we can at least have the chance to pick one or two statement pieces, than the same boring crap jcrew, bonobos and banana put out year after year. It is also important for the brands identity. I really hope they maintain their edge. There's nothing forward like that in that price range, except maybe Lbm 1911.

I think the best collection ever released by suitsupply was f/w 2014. Everything was spot on, from the inspiration to the fabrics and marketing campaign. I still want some pieces from that collection that are no longer available.

This.

SS Should definitely keep a classic selection. I'm still waiting for another Soho Navy Plain Suit or SC.
