Thanks for the upload! Your 2nd foto shows that the trousers aren't that slime, like they say on the website

Indeed, I am goign to narrow the leg.

 

Overall it's a really nice pants with lots of details

I never had the legs narrowed, so I'm wondering if this is a difficult alteration?

No, not at all. Any decent tailor can do it.

I lost some weight and my trousers became one size too big. I would like to have the waist and the seat altered and have the legs slimmed. Do you think this is still possible for a decent tailor?

Up to a certain extent, as too much can mess up the cut. Ask the tailor.

The legs look fine to me in these photos. If you are going to narrow them, I wouldn't do much at all.

A few hairs under 6'1", 158lb. All my shirts,are MTM but the last OTR short I bought was a 15/34.
