They provide a paid return shipping label, so again, the quantity of suits really makes no difference to the cost...

It's pretty standard practice by any retailer selling online.

How would you have preferred I do it?

You bet! I'll post up as much info as I can...

Too short to let out a bit?

Not great pictures by any stretch of the imagination, but here is my 1st SS jacket, washington cut, 38R. I'm 5'9, 165lbs and this jacket fit me pretty good right out of the box. Shoulders dimple slightly, could use a very slight sleeve adjustment, but other than that, i'm happy with the fit of the jacket. Waiting for the Chicago retail store to open later this month where I'll be picking up a whole lot of stuff.

Looking good. Can you measure the shoulders for me? I was looking at another Washington cut jacket in the same size.

Yes. They could be let out a max of 3/4", but then they would need a fifth button. I tried on the long size in the store and the sleeve length was fine, but the rest felt like it was too long,

44R arrived today. Fit is better almost everywhere. Went down to an R from L for 2 reasons... one, the 44 R has some additional length over a 42R, and two, they're out of 44L. I think the length is pretty decent. not much needs to happen in the arms, and the front and back are passable (excuse the first, front on shot. The upward angle is making it come across a little shorter than it is). Also, please excuse the wrinkles. I've been wearing this morning, and it definitely shows in the elbows/arms. Wool/Linen blend. Go figure.

Thoughts/comments on alterations of any kind?

FYI, I'm 6'2"
hmm, even at 6'2", i'd expect a bit more length from a 44r

Photos look great! I'm afraid to visit the site now though (at work). How much are these suits?
