Mine is the Sienna model: -Bottom of collar to vent is is 31 1/2" -Entire length is 33 1/8" -Shoulder is roughly 18 1/8" straight across in back, and 19 1/4" if I wrap the tape over the shoulder blades. I'm not sure those measurement are entirely trustworthy though.

I emailed customer service about the measurements for a 38R and 40R for a purple line ($469) Napoli suit. Here is what I got:

40R:
Shoulder 48,2 CM / 19inch
Chest 56,2 CM/ 22,15inch
Jacket Length 78,5 CM/ 31inch
Sleeve length 34,4 inch >>> I think they measure from the neck to the cuff

38R:
Shoulder 47,2CM / 18,6inch
Chest 54,2 CM/ 21,25inch
Jacket Length 77,5 CM/ 30.5inch
Sleeve length 33,8 inch

It runs 1/4" shorter in length than the Polo RL suit I tried on. I think the cut and construction of the suit is slightly superior to J.Crew's best offering, which I find too modern and youthful.

If you want pictures, I can try to come up with some.

i'd like to see the pics please. strangelove's image has made me much more interested in this service.. all the shots i saw previously had a button point that looked off to me (too high)

@Beatlegeuse - all jackets are now $299 (USD), was there a sale at one point or did you have a code to get to $139?

@DrStrangelove - are the suit pants flat front or pleated? And were they hemmed?

That's crazy, I can't believe it's $299 now. I didn't use a code or anything when I ordered 3 weeks ago at $139....really surprised that they would just jack up the price like that. I should just sell it here instead of returning it. Anybody want a BNWT cotton jacket from Suit Supply in 40L?? Only $179 shipped! That's $120 off the retail price!!

For anyone interested, here are the measurements for 36R and 38S for both the London and Napoli fit, as given to me by customer service.

The rep also noted that the London has the lowest button stance of all their fits.

I pulled the trigger on a standard-issue charcoal suit from Suitsupply. First of all, I ordered around 2:30pm EST last Friday and it arrived via UPS Wednesday morning. Not bad for $10 shipping originating in the Netherlands. I bought a Napoli model (purple line) in both 38R and 40R (I am 6', 155lbs, broad shoulders, not a thick chest, 31/32 waist. I typically wear a 38/39/40R depending on the manufacturer). I live in a medium-sized Midwest town, working with old school bankers who love Jos Bank, so the fact that my suits fit correctly and are modern means I'm not particulary picky on the intricate details and have no desire to have a tailor rip this thing open to look at stitching and the chest piece.

The suit is shipped in a tombstone looking box. The suit is hung inside and though it shifted around it wasn't overly wrinkled. I am pleased with what I saw inside. The fabric is similar to Hart Shaffner and Givenchy suits that I own. I've owned BB in the past and I'd put it in that camp as well. I think it will be good for weekly use. It has pick stitching which isn't in your face. The shoulder lines are pretty clean, and the lapel notch is about even with the top of my tie knot. The pants are flat front, fairly slim. Though they are finished, they are long enough where I *think* I'll be able to have a cuff made.

I am going to keep the 38R. For those of you built like me, at first modeling I don't think I'll need to make any tweaks to the jacket, though I need to wear it a few times to see how it moves. I'm a 15/34 shirt and the sleeve length here is perfect, which I was worried about because the buttons are functional. Some of the jackets on the website look short but this one just covers my butt as it should. If I have any complaints, I wish there was a 39R because I probably could use about a quarter or 3/8 inch extra width to the shoulders.

All-in-all the first impression is good.

Thanks for the write-up. Can I ask you to measure the shoulder seam-to-seam, chest, and bottom-of-collar to hem on the 38R? 'Twould be helpful.

Can you please do the same for the 40R? i would add the shoulder seam to end of sleeve measurement as well. I'm seriously thinking about buying one, but I want to make sure it will fit especially given the working cuff buttons.

I had emailed customer service for the measurements prior to ordering, here is what they gave me for the 38 and 40:
