Nice piece. There was a DB I was interested during the outlet but with no returns I was hesitant. Maybe its all in my head but I feel DB make me look much wider at the waist than I'd like. Good look on you, nice pick up!

Thanks man.  I agree that it looks a touch boxy at times but I appreciate the change of pace that comes with wearing a DB.

You should peep before an outlet and hopefully lean towards pulling the trigger next time around.

Thank you for your reply; based on the past seasons' offerings, do you remember if they are linen 100% or a linen mix? Sorry for asking but I hadn't been following the firm for a while.

On a different note, I tapper my trousers at 17.5cm, 5cm cuffs, no break at all, is it late to join your group?

Cheers,

Dimitris

I have one that I picked up two seasons back that was a Wool/Linen blend Madison fit. I also picked up a 100% cream white colored linen Madison fit a few Outlet sales ago.

All are welcome to our cabal of aggressively aerodynamic pant legs!

Dear @BeraQueezy what a nice DB, it looks great on you!

Could you share fabric details please?

Dear @h3ro have you posted these garments in SF? If not yet, do we expect some pictures in the wild when the weather will permit?

Cheers,

Dimitris

Hey Fellas.  Fabric is actually a linen cotton blend.  Albeit a summer composition, the weave allows me to wear as a 4 season jacket without sticking out.

Just need to steam the sleeves regularly due to the creases lol.

Oh and blue havana today.  Fabric by Reda if anyone is curious.

SuitSupply Montreal reportedly opened its doors today! No official store pictures on their FB page but I'm planning on going, next week, to see if they have a decent selection of 50R suits or jackets.

I have the Soho in the same material. Adore the color! Really pops in the day time and the fabric is light enough to be worn year round.

Can someone please compare La Spella vs Sienna vs Lazio. Are they all the same level of formality and would any work for weddings?

I think they are the same level of formality since they aren't patch pocket and have decently sized lapels. The difference is in fabric, construction, and fit in my opinion.

The Lazio would be your most conventional with a slightly padded shoulder and relatively wider lapels compared to your two other styles.

Sienna has a softer shoulder and a ticket pocket addition and slightly smaller lapels.

The La Spalla has the "shirt-shoulder" and is made out of finer fabrics hence the higher price.

It's harder to wear the Lazio jacket on its own because of the more structured shoulder.

I have Sienna's just because they fit me best but they all are the same level of formality - business formal - in my opinion
