Question:

I've always found the Washington fits me best - shoulders, waist, etc - but the wide lapels just don't cut it for my corporate environment. Which is the closest to it in terms of fit with a more conservative lapel? I've emailed the SS site for their response, but thought I'd check here with the SS aficionado's too.

Cheers.

What suit is this? (From the SuSu Tumblr here)

The textured almost salt + pepper fabric almost looks like this Alpaca Washington, though I can't seem to determine a stripe from the image. Can I assume this is unreleased?

I can't seem to find that overcoat on SS website. Is it unreleased, or have I just missed it and it's sold out?

Navy Napoli 34R. How do you guys think that fits? I see some "X" in the chest, however a tailor said it fits well.

I really want that jacket. Too bad that it' sold out in 44. :(

By the way, any pictures available of the camel overcoat in action?
I was searching for the Napoli Blue Label that is sold out in the 46R. I reached out to customer service and they located me one in Europe somewhere that they were going to ship to me. I went into my Chicago store and they ended up shipping me one from the NYC location. Point being, if you are looking for it, you may be able to get your hands on one it if you call around. Good luck!

The problem is that we don't have any SS stores in Stockholm (nor anywhere else in Sweden).

Here is the soft tweed in action.

I'm thinking of getting that one too, looks nice for fall/winter.

Owning a havana blazer (and liking it) I would just note I find them hard to wear with ties due to the button stance, much better as a tie-less blazer. I would snap that in an instant if it werent for the button placement.

Cross-post from the WAYWRN thread. My new La Spalla in Cerutti 95/5 fabric.

Close-up to show the subtle pattern in the fabric:

I'm a bit concerned about the right shoulder - seems poorly executed, especially compared with the other side:

Not so noticeable IRL, but still... Is this an acceptable idiosyncracy for a spalla camicia shoulder, or should I take it back to SS for re-attachment?
