Their alteration tailor did a very good job with my jacket and trousers too, if I may say so. Here are some fit pics:

I settled on a 38R and had to make some adjustments like cleaning up the neck, centre seam, lengthen the sleeves and open up a bit at the waist.

That looks pretty darned good. Congratulations. I need a tux for a black tie new years eve; wish I had a brick and mortar SS store near me, though I think I will never be able to slip into their suits tounge.gif

I hope they are considering opening a store in Spain; their price range and quality would be welcomed here IMO.

But Suitsupply again (thats the second time!) set me the wrong suit! After speaking with their customerservice before ordering, I was pretty sure they'd send the right suit this time...
I am really pissed right now! If their products would'nt be so good, I think I already stopped buying from them...
Yeah, their shipping dpt. sucks. I received the replacement of my suit up shirt this week - guess what: a pull in the fabric right on the breast.

With SuitSupply brick & mortar is the way to go.

LOL... Seems like the quality of their products and services are rather inconsistent then! Well, then I'm really lucky to be in London where they have actual shops that we can walk into to get fitted and pick the products by hand.

If you're travelling around Europe, make sure you pop into their stores in the Netherlands - I hear they have some outlet stores there!

So customer service just told me that the blue SOHO isn't in stock anymore.
As I really like the cut, I am now thinking of getting the light grey flanell one. Only thing I am worried about is not being able to wear the jacket with another pair of pants...
I do not have a huge closet and like to keep things pretty simple, do you think a light grey flanell DB-suit should be considered a staple item?

I could also probably wait till next summer season, but I was never good at delaying gratification...

Life, y u no be easy?

Right now is a good time to wear a flannel suit. I'm not sure they would stock that as part of their spring/summer collection. As for wearing the jacket with another pair of pants, you should be cautious about inflicting a different amount of wear on the jacket and pants. If you do this too often, they may not look the same anymore. I personally never consider purchasing a suit based on how well the components work separately.

Question: Does anyone know if the stores carry more items then their online store does? I'm loving the Copenhagen cut, but there's only one real color/style online.

any idea when they're coming out with their spring/summer lookbook?

Debating whether or not to spring for a current havana SC.

I think late February/early March there should be the first spring/summer items.

I described, some time ago, getting a M2M sports coat from Suit Supply while I was in Amsterdam. Here are some pics and also a thread in the Tailor's Feedback thread.

For about $350, it seemed like a reasonable deal (was on special). One of their entry level italian fabrics, full canvas, Roma fit, I think.
