anyone purchase some of their chinos? I absolutely love their rust color chinos. fit is good. But, after adjustments, I'm looking at a $150-160 pair of pants.

A user named NOBD posted pictures of the chinos way way back in the thread. search for his name and you'll find them.

Since it's "black tie" season, thought I might help out anyone who may be interested in getting a dinner jacket + trousers from SuitSupply. Here's mine from SS that I bought at their store on Vigo Street. The service that I've experienced throughout my entire time there was impeccable and absolutely top-notch. Their alteration tailor did a very good job with my jacket and trousers too, if I may say so. Here are some fit pics:

I settled on a 38R and had to make some adjustments like cleaning up the neck, centre seam, lengthen the sleeves and open up a bit at the waist.

Okay, here's the deal, would it be easiest to take out a 46 or take in a 24 based on these measurements?
Height: 172cm
Chest: 95cm
Upper waist: 87 cm
Waist (trouser): 86

Edit: Fixed numbers

Suitsupply measurements

Shoulder Chest Upper Waist Waist (trousers)
46R 44 101.5 90 82
48R 45 105.5 94 86
24S 45 106.5 98 90

You seem to have messed up your numbers... 46 vs 24? You must mean 46 vs 44. Take the 46.

Definitely looking at Suit Supply for my next suit - has there been any news on when they will offer size 36 suits?

I was actually meaning 46 vs 24. I have a 46 sport coat from them, but I needed to take it out in the side seams and the middle back seam to get it to fit, wouldn't it be easier to take in a 24?

I have no idea what you're talking about. That must be a bizarre sizing system...

It doesn't sound right at all to compare between 24 and 46?! Seriously, what is this size 24 business?

Size 24 is SS's 38S I think.

Think it's the German system. 24 (48/2) is 48S and 96 (48*2) is 48L.

So I just came home from work and opened the package, hoping for my plain blue Soho.
But Suitsupply again (thats the second time!) set me the wrong suit! After speaking with their customerservice before ordering, I was pretty sure they'd send the right suit this time...
I am really pissed right now! If their products would'nt be so good, I think I already stopped buying from them...
