To get to the new stuff either scroll down to Spring/Summer collection or filter to it.  It's like the first 7 or 8 suits and jackets.  There's also new shirts and a couple new waistcoats.  It's kind of strange.

EDIT:
Shouldn't be that difficult for someone with academic in their name. I'm jk.  It took me like 10 minutes to think of that.  Couldn't resist.

Ah, thanks.  It's a Havana.  You said it was a Hudson, which is why I couldn't find it, viz.:

Oh yea. I wrote that and then kept adding to the post after I realized they had added a lot more.  I wish it were a Hudson.  That would be even better.

Why do you order the Hudson? Genuine question, I'm considering one.

Triple patch pockets. Wider lapels. Pleated shoulders. Lower buttoning point than Havana, though could still be a little lower. I own both and prefer the Hudson's styling. Havana's buttoning point rides near sternum level for me, so I never wear mine buttoned.

Man, the few SS 2016 items they posted are all very nice. Struggling with a decision as to how badly I want this: http://us.suitsupply.com/en_US/pre-collection/havana-brown-check/P4803I.html?cgid=pre-collection

I would imagine your safe to wait.  I don't think they'll sell a ton of their spring/summer stuff in december.  If you like it put it in your cart and change the quantity to 100.  If there are less than 100 it will tell you exactly how many are in stock.  Just check back every now and then and if it starts to get low you can pull the trigger if you really want it.

Yeah, I have done this with a few items in the last few weeks, and it does work great.

I am actually really warming up to the 3-piece Havanas and Hudsons. So far, I just own the striped blue one from this past summer, but would definitely consider 2-3 more. The blue checked one from one of the posts just above is also a stunner and, perhaps, even more versatile than the brown one. Both of these are right up my alley as I own so many regular, boring colors. The texture on these is unique for what you see day-to-day. I am about to reconsider my Christmas budget...

You definitely get your money's worth with the boring suits though.  I can wear my plain colored suits all the time and no one will ever notice.  I have the 3 piece blue check lazio (very similar to the new havana) and I feel like if I wear it more than once a month people will think I wear it all the time.  Luckily, here in southern california it is appropriate year round.  So that's 12 times a year I can wear it.  It basically takes four suits that aren't "boring" to be able to switch it up with one once a week.  I'll post pic of Lazio I own below for reference.

What grabbed me was actually the 6-button lapelled vest -- oddly, 6 months ago I would have said "no," but I have come to realize that, for me, this vest adds that special something that completes the put-together look.

I am not crazy anout the Lazio double-breasted vest.

I wish the Lazio vest had lapels.  I like it regardless.  But I love the lapel vests.  Did you see the gun check vests they released yesterday.  They are pretty nice also.

Do you mean glen check? :)

How do you know what's new and not? "New arrivals" doesn't render any waistcoats...

Just go to waistcoasts and scroll down to  spring summer.  There are two gun check waist coats.

Hi, just a quick question:

I'm thinking of picking up my first SuSu suit and I'm new to this stuff. Is it usually cheaper to have tailoring done in-store, or is it worth enquiring at my local tailors for how much they charge for alterations?

I live in London if that is at all relevant.

Thanks

Are the fall/winter traveller fabrics different (thicker) than the summer versions?
