I highly doubt SuSu is trying to con you out of a refund. I've returned (and purchased) many things along with many others here, and returns have always been processed eventually (for me at least).
I agree that it's not ideal to wait but I think escalating it and disputing the charge is a bit much.
I agree its unlikely a con - more like poor accounts/refunds handling which is a major turn off for a company that prides itself on its return policy.
I've spoken with them via email and webchat multiple times all to no avail so this is really a last resort.
