I had tinted, scratch resistant, UV-protected prescription lenses put in, but never wore them. It's a weak prescription so you may be able to wear them without changing the lenses. Size 54/145. Hard case included. More info on the Shuron site: http://www.shuron.com/sportivo.htm SOLD
