Uniqlo Selvage Regular Fit sizing

Do these fit true to size? Will they shrink a lot on me? I'm looking to get my first pair of selvage to give it a try. I've always worn a 34-36 waist. I like my pants on the baggy side so there's plenty of room for my quads (I lift/squat). I know no one here wears Levi's 569's (Loose fit) but I wear a 34x34 in those, and they're just a bit too baggy but almost a great fit.

no. I had a pair and it stretches like hell. it doesn't fade much as well
