I'm not sure where this photo originated, but 'N Sync was founded in 1995, so this would make them a bit late to the party.

 

The Lonely Island videos featuring Justin Timberlake, I believe, are set during this period. "3-Way (The Golden Rule)", especially showcases some characteristic colorful outfits.
