WTB: Button-ups of XSmall size, Winter clothing & Accessories

Hey there guys.
I am a small guy who is moving to a place with seasons for the first time for college, and coming from Florida, I am not prepared for the winters of the UK.

I am in the market for small tops and outerwear.
Typically, J Crew XS fits me much better than S.

If it helps, my top measurements are:
Shoulder-to-Shoulder: 18.5"
Sleeve: 23"
Chest: 35.5"

For pants my measures are:
Waist: 33"
Knee: 7.25"
Thigh: 10.75:
Inseam: 27"

So, it would be awesome to buy some nice clothes so that I can look nice without having to take out loans for school!

I have a small, tan Harrington style jacket from Saks. It's a fall/spring version with a light wool lining in red. I've had it for a long time but not worn it in years as it's too small for me. It's a trim size 38. Let me know if you are interested.
