7 days till my first cheat day - planning on drinking a half gallon of milk, lots of pasta and probably some Mexican food.

Lots of fruit, veggies, black beans, lentils, tuna - boring, but everything is better with Srirachi sauce. I've been trying to get visible abs - much tougher than I thought it would be.

I love love love all food, but especially pasta. The other day was fettuccine carbonara, Bon chon chicken and some beer. Also, some Five guys or Neapolitan pizza really hits the spot. edit: this thread is useless without pics

I don't do cheat days, but will generally allow myself TINY pleasures every day. For example, I'll always have two blowpops at work (120 calories), a small handful of animal crackers (~75 calories), a glass or two of primitivo with dinner (200-400 calories) and a piece of dark chocolate at night ((30 calories). I figure thos 500 or so calories every weekday is better than going one day with a ton of shit.

2 barbacoa tacos and 1 fajita torta for lunch. For dinner I'm going to my parents to eat prime rib. We alsohad lobster.

Seriously though, massive cheats aren't my thing although I do refeeds if the diet is strictly very low carb.
