This is an '06 model, and it only has 1379 KM on it. I don't drive it much though. I've never been a huge Lamborghini fan, but I couldn't say no to my dad. My dad got it for me for my 19th birthday, and it cost 89,000 KD. The new LP640 is for 106,000 KD. My fave car is my Range Rover Supercharged though. My sister has the Continental GT, and I always drive hers. Much easier!

Joe, I'm afraid you have failed your test.

The pictured car is a 2003 Murcielago. Nice try though.

Friends? They are likely first cousins (in "mind-style").

Who was it that said "de gustibus non est disputandum"?

My own is that the last interesting and good-looking design Lamborghini penned was the Bertone (Ghandini) Miura.

2003? You wish! You're just one jealous ***. I'm sure you don't know dealerships in Kuwait. Notice the behind of the car has an emblem. It's from the Fouad Al-Ghanim Dealership company, and they took the dealership in late 2005. Before that, Lamborghini's were bought from Dubai. Also, all 2006 vehicles start with 35 and on... So the Bentley GT is a 2003 too?

I don't need to clarify or prove anything to you. You will see more posts, and get more jealous. Just live in that fairytail dream of yours, and keep living in denial.

If you are so intent on proving your ownership of these cars, why not make a "styleforum" sign, put it on the windshield of the cars, and then post the picture here. (Say within a half hour?)

It doesn't really varify anything, but it may help...

The car you posted is the 2003 40th Anniversary special edition, of which only 50 were made. It is marked by its Verde Artemis exterior and Grigio Syrius interior, which were unique to the car. If you're going to lie about owning a car on the internet, at least know what you are claiming to own.

For instance, see the one owned by your fellow countryman Bader Alhajeri, serial number 3LA00900, which was presented at the 2003 Dubai International Motor Show in the UAE. He has a nice little site set up about his car: http://www.binhajri.com/40th/main.htm. Indeed, your pictures may very well be of his car (#2 of 50).

Whether Joe86 is a genuine fellow or not, his claims and the various responses subsequent to your post have touched upon an interesting side note. Lamborghini has been sometimes accused of renumbering chassis and re-badging cars that sit around the factory for too long. Most Lamborghini buyers would not know the difference.

The 350 in all its variants is very much a limited production car. Only about 115 to 125 of them were produced between 1964 and 1967. Note the frosted lenses on the single lamp headlights. The earliest cars had retractable headlamps. Touring was the coachbuilder for these cars.

The 350 GTS is (in my opinion) the prettiest car ever to wear the Lamborghini badge on its nose. That's no bull.

LabelKing, the 400 GT type in your photo is the first "full" production car for Lamborghini. The dual headlamps on the 400 are the immediate styling giveaway. In two years, nearly twice as many 400s were built as 350s over almost four years. Although both the 350 and the 400 share the same wheelbase dimension, the 400 is slightly more bulbous in its roofline due to its true 2+2 configuration.

The 350 GT (and the even earlier 350 GTV), is actually a 2+1 and thereby more lithe in its rear roofline. Late 350 GTs, with the identical roofline, have no rear seat, only a luggage shelf.

If the fine aircraft is really yours, perhaps you wouldn't mind posing with it in front of Bijan's store in Beverly Hills and holding a "Hello Style Forum" sign for all of us to see! The members will generously allow you sixty minutes to do this because you will probably want your team to detail the aircraft before the photo shoot!

Is that fair?

No. Only mild envy.

Mine is still on order and won't be delivered until next January.

I ordered one of the Style Forum limited editions in the same color scheme as the Style Forum official ties.
