Hope away. Next time, don't send him the entire John Birch Society for a House.

Please don't break the narrative. And even so, Obama's description of Congress as an obstructionist enemy is meant as a compression and may not reflect actual events.

Obama has come out against "executive privilege".

Whew, glad we got that cleared up.

Not this stupid shit again. Minority party can easily do a lot of obstruction in Congress, if they wish, and Mitch McConnell certainly did. We can argue whether the Democrats should have killed the cloture rule (it will most likely get killed by the GOP anyway in the near future), but they chose to follow Senate procedure and that allowed the GOP to once again set a new record for cloture votes as well as floor time tied up due to cloture votes (this is the hidden advantage).

Democrats didn't have full 60 vote control of the Senate on the day of the picture you posted, and only had it in between the time of Specter's switch and Brown's election.

Who would have dreamt that Hope and Change would result in a throwback to a hyper partisan, lying boss type of politician like Richard Dailey?

Well, the signs were there, but it was certainly a Dem year in 2008.

Didn't Shane bludgeon her with a baseball bat in an epsiode last season?

Rove was never an AG.

And Rove is doing pretty well as an analyst on Fox I hear.

Maybe Holder has a spot reserved for a TV show on MSNBC after his distinguished term is over. He could follow or precede Sharpton. What a one, two punch that would be.

op wide reciever a bush fiasco (obama did put a few of them in jail)

fernandez, 200 guns in 2007, while atf agents watched them cross the border, the repub AG was aware of and approved of the operation, he did not stop them even after this

He's also done well raising money via the Crossroads PAC.

Not to mention that Dick Cheney was personally selling 50 Apache A-10s to the Zetas in exchange for starving Cambodian dwarves, with an option (thankfully never accepted) for a low-yield ICBM. Of course, Fox News would never cover that, would they?

As a furriner, maybe I need a little help. Does not the phrase "the House" refer to Congress specifically and not the Senate?

Yeah, Rove has done well with the Dallas big money crowd. I knew one of them way back when.

Maybe Holder can copy Rove and get some Hip Hop and Hollywood money for a PAC when he leaves office.
