Interesting, I gained about 4 pounds since becoming "bored" with my goal. That's not insignificant for a guy my size. I'm still running or biking five times a week with 30-minutes of lighter work outs on "off days" but I also allowed myself to pig out every couple days. I'd eat like a whole bag of trail mix after a meal, since I was still hungry, or I had a couple crepes with Nutella topping (I thought it was nutritious!).

Now I'll be back on track!!!
