Good Cigar Samplers around $30

As the title says, I was wondering if anybody has any specific advice on buying a cheap cigar sampler? I've probably smoked 20-30 different cigars, so i'm not brand new, just looking to buy some more cigars and get a good deal on them.

I know relatively little about cigars, but the time I've spent looking through catalogs leads me to speculate that you might have to increase that $30 figure a little bit if you're looking to sample something you'll return to over the ages.
