I was thinking about this the other day, while not a vegetarian at all, I hardly eat red meat anymore, I hardly eat pasta or potatos, and almost no bread. so I started to think about what I do eat. if I were to look at a month at home (cause I do eat very differntly when I travel) here's sort of what a month would look like:
oatmeal - 4-8 times
bacon - 4 times
brown rice 4-8 times
baby spinach salad - 4-8 times
zero fat greek yogurt - 10-16 times
beans - 10-16 times
tuna - 4-8 times
home mixed protien shake - 16 times
store bought protien shake (naked) 4-10 times
vegetable or broth based soup (home made or at resteraunt) 8 times
fruit - 10-15 times
cheese - 10 times
chicken 2-4 times
ground beef twice
cured meat - 4 times
coffee - 25 times
ice cream - 2-4 times
eggs - 4 times
how about you? anything like this
