Clearing out my supply of jackets I don't wear. I got a different softshell that I wore this winter, and it looks like I'll be sticking with it. This jacket is still fantastic. Used for 2 years biking through the Chicago winter, no serious scrapes or dings but could use a new DWR coating (I'm out of it for the moment). Closeup picture of the wrist hem shows the 'worst' spot: some stitching a little loose there. Inside is still semi-fleecy and outer shell is still nicely windproof (oh lord is it) and malleable. This is the older, prized, made in Canada, version. Color is a nice brick red (darker than the pics, generally). Size is M. They claim this means 40'' chest; I'm a 38 and with layers this fits me fine.
