Ebay scammer

Yeah i got scammed.
Fuckin red neck was selling used mbp on ebay. I lost the bidding but he later contacted me saying the winner couldnt pay up. So i made an offer and paid the guy. Its been one week since i paypaled him. But he ignored my last email about refund. But looks like the red neck idiot actually used a real name and i was able to find his facebook page and shit. Besides paypal claim how can i get my money back.

Btw he lives in spencer wv works fr afucking towing company. macbook pro my fucking ass

Unless you're skipping parts of the story you might want to calm down a tad. How do you know he "ignored" you? How do you know the thing isn't in the mail? I'm not saying everything's cool, but it seems like you are jumping to some conclusions.

why you so mad? i'm not sure what your argument is here. why do you want a refund? a week isn't too short to start worrying unless it was agreed to overnight or something.

hm He was telling me since he was the new seller paypal's holding funds and it will be released on friday. he told me he'll overnight it to me on thursday as soon as fund clears. that was last i heard from him. I'm still giving him the benefit of the doubt, but it smells more and more of scam to me. edit. he posted on facebook he's on his way to nj. maybe he'll ship it from nj, but i don't think he has mbp to begin with.

well, I'm in shitty situation right now. my Apartment got broken into, out of three mbp in the apartment (two were my friends) only my computer was stolen. my summer school's about to start so I need the computer asap.

Hahah c'mon, really??. Given the info here, you sound like an extremely needy and entitled consumer. Give the guy at least another week, and if it doesn't show up by then start a paypal dispute. If you need a MacBook Pro NEW and expect it right NOW pony up and buy the thing brand spanking new. If you want it used, get used to dealing with your average seller. It might turn up ok, or you may actually have been scammed. It's too early to tell. AND why the hell are you making all these classist and marginally racist remarks and generalizations about people from WV and truckers. Some actually do pretty well for themselves, certainly enough to afford your precious mbp. You sound pretty damn ignorant based on what you wrote, I hope you're not like that IRL. For now, use the computer at your school library for FREE and stop bitching in a special flower thread. It's too early to know...
