Thanks, I forgot to mention that I have them buckled in the middle hole so I still have one available to loosen them up (see the pic below in a better angle), but if I do that the piece of leather across the vamp (the straight border right before the strap/buckle area starts) doesn't keep his straight shape and bends sharply upward and it doesn't look or feel good, maybe I have space to punch an additional hole between the two, or just continue using to see if they loosen up a bit. I will see.
