JLP.
No other maker has the same leather quality. And museum finish is top notch. Lasts are perfect. Design is avant-garde plus classic.
The 7000 last fits me very well.

The other makers I would consider is carmina, because a very good price range.
Or the hand welted makers. Too bad Vass do not make chelsea or jodhpur boots.
Might try Saint Crispins, despite my concerns of crappy leathers they use.

Glad to know I have two pairs of none look cheap feel cheap shoes; Meermin MTO handwelted, JLP.

Go to dress shoes brand? Meermin handwelted.  still not baller enough to use expensive shoes as beaters.

1. AE
2. EG soon-to-be

3. Crocs

Want to shoot me for that last one?

AE mainly because I can put together a good rotation with minimal cash through ebay.
