Measurement were taken by Ricky while in HK. I am thinking about making the sleeves a half inch longer to show some cuff when wearing a jacket, and requesting them be a bit slimmer for this order. As well as taking a half inch slimmer on the waist area. For the shirt guys on here do you have any suggestions? Thanks!

Yes, make the sleeves longer and trimmer, I think you mean you want to take in the belly and possibly the chest (if you do, armholes should be adjusted in height accordingly). Below the belt, the shirt seems to get to tight, causing bunching up above. Have that part made a bit wider so that it stays inside your pants. My preference is for more of a spread collar with longer points but that collar seems to work for you. Something is wrong with shoulders.

Fit aside, I like your fabric choice. Which model/no. is it?

The shirt is too short, and too fitted around the hips.

Thanks for the input edmorel. What do you see wrong witht he shoulders and do you have any suggestions on how to fixit for myupcoming order.

I love the feedback I get here. To tell you the truth given the faults in this shirt I think it is light years ahead of any shirt I have purchased to this point off the rack.

Being a 5'5 guy with a 14.5 neck but the body of a 15.5 has not resulted in well fitting shirting.

I'd love to get the tweaks sorted out for my next orde. Thanks again!

I donot know the model number as I picked it from the swatch books while at Jantzen in HK. I will enquire for you when I put in my next order.

Thanks

Sleeves are too short and too small at the cuff. Will be shorter/smaller after washing, if you haven't done that already.

I don't know if I'm seeing the same thing that Ed is, but the shoulders of the shirt seem to ride higher than your actual shoulders. Essentially, your shoulders are straighter than the ones on the shirt.

I had this problem with my first Jantzen shirt. I switched from Regular shade on the shoulders to Square and that made a huge difference.

I'd take a bit out of the waist, add to the hips and lengthen the sleeves and the total length of the shirt.

I'm about the same size you are and you're absolutely right, even without the tweaks, this shirt looks better on you than most (let's face it - all) RTW looks on me. Hell, I'm just happy to get a shirt where the tail isn't coming down to my knees.
