I have a pair of the Buttero work boots that I picked up from Barney's awhile back.
Should I do anything to sole? If so any recommendations of places or can my local cobbler do the work?

Quick fit pic of the Guidi 995 reversed horse(?) boots from Farfetch. Been wearing them constantly the past 3 days and they are starting to stretch out to fit perfectly. Love em.

Got mine today - they feel really narrow...can I get some confirmation these will relax significantly?

The length will not stretch, but the width should. At first I thought I went a size too small, but after wearing them every waking hour since I got them, they have started to mold nicely to my feet.

I am a 42 in sneakers (RO, MMM), and even a 41 in some boots (buttero, shoto). Got a 43 in Guidi and definitely could not have gone any smaller.....

Yeah I've read people say size up 2, but I think it really depends on the shoe/leather.

My thought on Guidi sizing is to size up one if you want a "leather-sock, toes near the end of the boot" feel and to size up two if you want a bit more room. I sized up one on my 995s and like the fit but I'd probably size up two on my next pair.
